[The Star] Cube Artists participate in Nepal School of Hope project

Group BEAST, G.NA, 4minute, BTOB and Roh JiHoon have officially signed up as a mentors for Nepal School of Hope project.

Nepal School of Hope is a school constructed for teenagers in marginalized areas. Artists under Cube Entertainment will be raising funds for the construction through autographed CD and T-shirts.

Good Way With Us representative expressed, “We think that artists who has great attention and encouraged donation to those underprivileged will be a role model to fans in their teens.”

Cube Entertainment further commented, “Artists under Cube Entertainment have received love as idols from  fans of different places.  As much as that love, they would like to share to those underprivileged in a positive manner as well” and, “We hope that  many will learn the sharing culture”.

BEAST’s fundraising for Good Ways With Us for Nepal School of Hope project is currently underway until April 15th.

[Interview365] BEAST-4minute-BTOB-G.NA Japan Concert a Success

Cube Entertainment family concert ‘United Cube Concert’ was successfully held in Japan and once again strengthen their position as a global concert brand.

Artists under Cube Entertainment, which include 4minute, BEAST, G.NA, BTOB, Roh JiHoon have held the concert, titled ’2013 United Cube Concert in Yokohama’ in Yokohama Arena on the 21st.

At Yokohama Arena where the event was held, there were long lines outside the arena since early morning. They cosplayed with the distinctive characteristics of each group, made dance covers of each team’s performance and more, giving out an exciting pre-event prior to the concert.

United Cube Concert started with Cube’s rookie, BTOB. They performed ‘WOW’ together with an amazing sound while showing their motivation-filled stage even from the very beginning, drawing big shouts from the audience.

Showing an unlike-rookie performance, BTOB even performed V6′s hit song ‘Feel Your Breeze’ after that, receiving claps from the crowd. The energy-filled stage and BTOB’s skilled Japanese have delivered a happy time with fans. It was hinted that the possibility of growing closer with fans and promoting in Japan is high.

Followed after was Trouble Maker’s cute version, performed by Sungjae and SoHyun, and eventually was taken over by the original sexy performance unit Hyunseung and Hyuna. 2YOON who has concluded promotions after their attempt in country pop recently and BTOB performed ’24/7′ together on one stage.

The baton was then passed to G.NA as she shows her sexy voice in ’2HOT’, ‘Black and white’ and various hit songs, causing a wave of cheers. G.NA expressed her thoughts in Japanese, “My comeback is soon, but please do support me and do love the Cube family till the end int he future too”.

Roh JiHoon’s solo stage followed after, emancipating his charmful stages with his ballad and dance songs. In particular, Roh JiHoon’s ‘belt dance’ from ‘Punishment’ was verified its popularity through cheers from Japanese fans.

 

4minute followed after, taking the stage with their strong and sexy charisma in ‘Volume Up’. 4minute’s consistent powerful performance was overwhelmed. Their charismatic dance yet cute Japanese have even further attract attention from Japanese fans.

The last performer was BEAST. They sang their first song ‘Beautiful Night’ while suddenly appearing among the audience. The unbelievable cheers and fanchants has created a BEAST solo-like concert. Through their charisma performance, resonating ballad, and cute dance songs, they have shown a variety of charms, widening the spectrum of the concert.

Cube family then sang Cube theme song ‘Fly So High’. 4minute, BEAST, G.NA, BTOB, Roh JiHoon stood on one stage and sang together, presenting a special closing for the 8,000 fans present.

Singer Roh JiHoon has revealed a picture of his younger days.

On the 13th, Roh JiHoon wrote on his twitter, “The elementary school days when I play football~ Beside me was the best goalkeeper, Kim YongDae-hyungnim of our nation then. I.. was the famous yellow-headed goalkeeper. We took it after exercising, so we’re dirty”, together with a picture.

In the revealed picture, young Roh JiHoon was seen in a seemingly uniform-like outfit while holding a soccer ball in hand.

[Sports World] BEAST – BTOB – Roh JiHoon, Gathered Rice Wreath of 340kg

On the afternoon of 2nd February, 2013 United Cube Concert has been held in Seoul’s Jamsil Indoor Stadium.

’2013 United Cube Concert’ is a family concert held by Cube Entertainment, which houses artists like 4minute, BEAST, G.NA, BTOB, Roh JiHoon and many more.

On this day, fanclubs sent rice wreaths in hopes of a successful concert, while giving support to the artists. A total of 340kg of rice wreath came from BEAST (200kg), BTOB (100kg) and Roh JiHoon (40kg).

Messages on the rice wreath includes, ‘What will you be doing when the money comes in~ Buy rice, of course’, ‘Minhyuk-ah, come here soon, it’s your first Cube concert right?’, ‘From head to toe, our hot Im Hyunsik ♥’, ‘Roh JiHoon, you should sew yourself, all your charms are popping out!’ and many more humorous messages.

According to a representative from the social enterprises, “Despite Cube Entertainment’s restriction on tributes in order to prevent competition among fanclubs, many rice came in as well. It was known that fanclubs came to the concert venue and prepared for it very early of the day”, he expressed.

[OSEN] Cube Concert, Varieties of collaboration stages ‘HOT’

Cube entertainment artists (BEAST, 4minute, G.NA, BTOB, Roh JiHoon, Kim Kiri) has put on a rich yet distinctive concert.

Cube artists held ’2013 United Cube Concert’ in Seoul’s Jamsil Indoor Stadium on February 2nd which has started at 5PM. Around 7,000 fans turned up while sharing loud cheers together.

‘United Cube Concert’ was first held in August. They then continued with concerts abroad such as England, showing their performance skills. In particular, their varieties of collaboration stages have attracted attention.

Opening for the concert, it was BTOB. BTOB’s IlHoon started by DJing and together with the other members, they have performed their songs ‘WOW’, ‘Irresistible Lips’, ‘Insane’, ‘Imagine’, ‘Monday to Sunday’, ‘I know only love’, which was followed by loud cheers from 7,000 fans.

It was then followed with BTOB and 4minute’s maknae line Sungjae and SoHyun’s collaboration stage. They performed a cuter version of ‘Trouble Maker’, and at the end of their performance, they embraced and looked into each other shyly, creating cheers from the audience. From the second verse onward, Hyuna and Jang Hyunseung took the stage and performed the original ‘Trouble Maker’. Hyuna and Jang Hyunseung have once again put on a hot stage with some bold and daring moves.

After their hot collaboration, G.NA came out with ’2HOT”, ‘Top Girl’, once again showcasing her mature live skills. G/NA performed ‘If I have a lover’ with Yoseob and ‘I will back off so you can live your way’ with Yong JunHyung, emancipating her charms.

As the lights turned off, Cube’s maknae Roh JiHoon appeared on stage with six female dancers, while him seated on a chair. They performed ‘Fly With Me’, his debut song, ‘Punishment’ as well as ‘Raining’ with IlHoon. 4minute followed after Roh JiHoon’s stage, with their performances such as ‘Volume Up’, ‘Huh’, ‘Muzik’, ‘Mirror Mirror’ and ‘Fiction’.

Next to appear were Yoseob, Hyunseung, Eunkwang, Changsub and JiHoon, a collaboration stage between Cube’s vocal line. They sang ‘Slow Motion’, showcasing a fantasy like harmonization and their spectacular singing skills,as well as a high standard live stage.

Hyuna then appeared again for her solo stage ‘Ice Cream’, once again boasts of her sexy charms through her signature strong hip dance. 2YOON followed after Hyuna. BTOB as well as Kim Kiri appeared for 2YOON’s newly released song ’24/7′. Despite being a gagman, Kim Kiri showed a considerable well dance, creating another level of excitement.

After Yang Yoseob’s solo stage, 4minute returned with ‘Pretend’, ‘Hot Issue’, ‘Heart to Heart’.

The last performer for the concert was BEAST. Having to hold their concert at the same venue 3 years ago, BEAST and fans showed a perfect stage. BEAST performed ‘Beautiful Night’, ‘Bad Girl’, ‘I Knew It’, R&B Version of ‘Hot Issue’, ‘When I Miss You, ‘On Rainy Days’, ‘It’s Not Me’, ‘Special’, ‘Shock’, ‘Beautiful’, ‘I like you the best’, and fans were jumping will the very end with them.

As a closing, all of the artists appeared on stage and performed ‘Fly So High’. Cube singers have shown their anticipation for their next performance. They will be performing ’2013 United Cube Concert’ in Japan on the coming 21st.

On this day, 4minute’s Jeon Jiyoon expressed during the press conference, “4minute will be performing BEAST’s ‘Fiction’ with our own colors” and, “We practiced for it a lot, so please look forward to it”.

Heo Gayoon continued, “Maknae SoHyun has prepared a ‘Trouble Maker’ stage with BTOB’s Sungjae” and, “It’s better to anticipate that too”

BEAST’s Yang Yoseob stated, “We have prepared 4minute’s hit song” and, “Please look forward for our stages”.

Meanwhile, Roh JiHoon expressed, “I will be planning to perform the first stage for one of my album track. I have prepared to show a more powerful stage than the previous shown ones.” Also, Kim Kiri, who is the MC for today stated his anticipation for BTOB, “I’m anticipating BTOB’s stage the most.”

Meanwhile, ’2013 United Cube Concert’ will be held on the coming 21st in Japan.

Singer Roh JiHoon has prepared for a special Christmas present.

On the 14th, agency, Cube Entertainment has revealed a Christmas special event on  their official twitter, titled ‘Oh! Carol with Roh JiHoon’.

At 4PM on this day, Roh JiHoon has performed a live stage in front of Cube Cafe for fans who came.

According to a representative of Cube Entertainment, Roh JiHoon has stripped off his image as a strong dance singer, and sang an acoustic version of carols, winter love songs and more, grabbing fans’ hearts.

Meanwhile, Roh JiHoon has debuted with ‘Being Punished’ last month, and has been grabbing attention as the next male soloist in the music industry.
