[YinYueTai] 4minute member to appear in M4M ‘When You Leave Me’ MV

Debuted for just a short two months period, China-Korea collaborated all-Chinese male group M4M has attracted attention both in Korea and China with their debut song ‘Sadness’, as the number of fans increases at a quick pace.

Recently in Asia idol industry, many idols are formed with different nationalities. Although M4M members were trained in Korea, all four members are actually of Chinese blood. Their first mini album ‘Mystic Formula’ included Korean version of ‘Sadness’ as well as five additional tracks. The album received praises for its exceptional composing and melody, as well as Chinese lyrics added to a KPOP-styled song.

It was reported that the only slow song in the album, ‘When You Leave Me’ (direct translation from ‘当你离开我’) has received recognition from the industry. And because of that, M4M agency XingTian Entertainment will be adding a budget to shoot for a new MV for this song. The MV shoot will still be undertaken by Cube Entertainment in Korea. According to a source, the female lead for this MV will be a member of Cube’s popular girl group 4minute. However, no further details on that particular 4minute member were disclosed. The agency intends to embark on a mysterious route, where everything is kept secret for the time being. That said, they hope that fans will anticipate the upcoming MV!

Group BEAST are chosen to be models for BIS FOOD’s vitamin water ‘V2O’.

BIS FOOD has revealed that BEAST will be their exclusive models on the 15th of May.

V2O representative expressed, “BEAST’s unique image and their different charms apart from V2O seems to create a synergy effect, therefore we have decided to choose BEAST as models.”

V2O special package that embeds the 6 personality of BEAST will be revealed in early June. Also, a string of promotions such as events and contests are in preparations.

Lee HongKi has revealed that he met up with Yong JunHyung in a motel and spent a date-like day with him.

On the 22nd broadcast of MBC ‘Radio Star’, he revealed, “There were troubles between me and the company, so I left the dorm early morning. I didn’t have any places to go to, so I went to a nearby motel.”, revealing a small story from the past.

He continued, “I felt so lonely, and so I contacted my best friend BEAST’s Yong JunHyung. JunHyung came to the motel. We then went to the beach, riding bikes and bought couple scarfs”, he expressed.

MCs commented, “The whole course was completely like a date”, as they gave interesting responses.

Lee HongKi continued, “We went to Wolmido and went into an occult shop. We’ve met up with the owner, and the most amazing thing was that, he said that I will earn a lot but my money drops very fast too. It’s not that I’ll lose it but rather I use a lot of money” and, “Yong JunHyung’s money comes in a little by little but it builds up. Not long after that, he started earning a lot with his copyright fees”, revealing a surprising story.

Lee HongKi added then, “After coming out from that shop, we went to eat shellfish”, which led to suspicious gazes from the MCs.

[Joy News] ‘MONSTAR’ JunHyung-BTOB to release ‘After Time Passes’

‘MONSTAR’ will be releasing another OST, titled ‘After Time Passes’.

Mnet Music Drama ‘MONSTAR’ will be revealing a new single, titled ‘After Time Passes’ on the 24th afternoon, sang by Yong JunHyung and members of BTOB.

‘After Time Passes’ is the title song for fictional idol group Man in Black’s (made up by Yong JunHyung and members of BTOB). This song was previously played in the first episode broadcasted on the 17th May.

‘After Time Passes’ was formally released by famous English artist, Pastino in 2006. The song will be reborn in addition with Man In Black’s own colors. The remake song will be maintaining the warm vibe of the original song, together with a fusion of vintage sounds and drums as accompaniment. At the same time, this song will feature Yong JunHyung and BTOB’s emotional rapping skills.

‘After Time Passes’ has become a hot topic on various SNS and online community after its broadcast from the first episode. This song is expected to further immerse viewers in emotions in the upcoming second episode.

Meanwhile, ‘After Time Passes’ track and music video will be released on the 24th afternoon.

Yoon Doojoon has shot for Elle magazine June issue photoshoot, together with an interview.

The photoshoot this time round shows Yoon Doojoon’s relaxed and comfortable look, capturing hearts with his tender gaze while his left side profile left a strong impression.

Yoon Doojoon has recently filmed for drama IRIS 2 as Seo HyunWoo, and had received recognition as an actor.

Girl group 4minute’s Nam JiHyun has revealed that she dislikes arranged meetings because it’s too awkward and that she had received more indirect confessions than direct ones.

Nam JiHyun has recently shot for fashion magazine CeCi June photoshoot. In the interview, she revealed, “Rather than personally receiving confessions, I had experienced receiving confessions passed from people around”.

She continued, “I’m usually close to the members only, so I don’t have the chance to let others know about my contact information. Also, blind dates are awkward, so I don’t really like to do so”, she added.

[OSEN] BTOB’s first visit to Cambodia.. Fan Meeting + Volunteer Work

Group BTOB has successfully completed their Cambodia promotions with a fan meet event and volunteer works.

Starting from 19th of May, BTOB stayed 3 days 2 night in Cambodia and held their first fan meet at Koh Pich Theater, and subsequently carried out various more promotional activities in the country.

Previously, BTOB promoted in Thailand, where they held fan meeting, and tickets were quickly sold out, as well as attending various broadcast programs, proving the Hallyu power as they managed to attract many local media’s attention. Following after Thailand’s promotions, BTOB’s fan meet in Cambodia further attracted  an exceptional figure of over 1000 fans, proving their popularity in South East Asia.

BTOB’s first Cambodia fan meeting was titled ‘BTOB Press Play in Cambodia’, where 50 local media outlets attended. That night, the boys had put on a string of performance stages for 1000 fans. BTOB’s cute aegyo and wittiness have brought great memories to fans in Cambodia.

This fan meeting has captured attention as there were many male fans among the audience. Fans performing K-POP dance covers are growing more and more recently. As BTOB’s songs are made up of many powerful dance moves, male fans among local Cambodian fans seemed to be more in number, as analysed by local entertainment officials.

Also, BTOB left unforgettable memories as they visited a welfare institution nearby Phnom Penh. BTOB serenaded with their songs to over 100 young children living in the institution, as well as sharing out snacks, spending a warm time with them. In addition, BTOB painted the institution despite the hot weather, bringing about a deeper meaning to their various promotions in Cambodia.

BTOB’s leader Seo Eunkwang expressed his thoughts, “This is our first visit to Cambodia. Having to hold a fan meeting and spending time with the young children are really meaningful to us, so we’re very happy about it. Seeing them smiling with bright faces when we sang somehow healed us as well. I hope that we can do this for a longer period next time.”

[OSEN] BTOB successfully holds first Thailand Fan Meeting since debut

Group BTOB have successfully held their first ever fan meeting in Thailand.

On the 18th May, BTOB had held a fan meeting in Scala Theater, Bangkok that titles ‘BTOB Press Play in Thailand’, meeting up with over 1000 fans for two hours. 5 minutes after the ticketing for this fan meeting starts, all seats were sold out.

BTOB performed debut song ‘Insane’, ‘WOW’, ‘Irresistible Lips’, ‘My Girl’ and more. In particular, they have also performed a popular local song ‘Stop’, as a present to repay fans’ love.

It has been BTOB’s third visit to Thailand. Since their arrival on 17th May, BTOB has attended popular broadcast program, press conference, photoshoot, fan signs and many more local promotions.

On the 18th, BTOB have attended popular local music program ‘Channel 7 Live Music Show’ and met up with about 100 media outlets through a press conference.

Soon, BTOB will be going to Cambodia for a fan meeting and various more promotions.
