Lee Kikwang and Hyuna had recently appeared on MNet “Wide Entertainment News” which airs a special episode of “Korea’s Idol Star Top100″ section. These 2 members from Beast and 4minute respectively, have ranked high on the charts.
Lee Kikwang ranked #22, which is higher than fellow members Yoon Doojoon (#50) and Yong JunHyung (#60), as he is the number 1 most recognized member in the group. Hyuna ranked at #37, which is also the highest among her fellow members.
Both Lee Kikwang and Hyuna experienced a dark past for quitting (the entertainment industry), yet they managed to reverse that situations and are now the “faces” of their group. There’s a deep meaning behind all this. Lee Kikwang was once a singer under JYP Entertainment. However, after leaving JYPE, he entered Cube Entertainment and became a Beast member. Hyuna was once the original member of Wonder Girls, but due to health reasons, she left the group. She was later recruited as a 4Minute member and her success was unstoppable.
